Analisis Pengaruh Kebijakan Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Terhadap Pertumbuhan Umkm Di Kota Samarinda

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur terhadap pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Samarinda. UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam ekonomi lokal melalui penyediaan lapangan kerja dan kontribusi terhadap pembangunan ekonomi inklusif. Kebijakan pemerintah yang dianalisis meliputi akses modal, digitalisasi, infrastruktur, serta regulasi terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana sampel terdiri dari 300 UMKM di Kota Samarinda. Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh kebijakan tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akses modal (koefisien 0,45), digitalisasi (koefisien 0,38), dan infrastruktur (koefisien 0,30) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kebijakan yang mendukung akses modal dan adopsi teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di Kota Samarinda.
